Really great food and service are the perfect complement to any business meeting. We know that your client is as important to you as you are to us. We take our job seriously and it is our job to make you look great to your client.

We are not just a caterer we are business specialists who understand the needs of our clients.

We are pleased that you have given Wild Olive Catering the opportunity to provide menus and event planning. These menus have been designed to assist you in planning the perfect event. The following are merely suggestions as we can custom design menus and decor to meet the most discriminating requirements. All items in this catering suggestions list are made to order. We would appreciate as much notice as possible to prepare your meal or event. Certain items will require a minimum of 72 hours notice. Cancellation is not possible with less than 24 hours notice.

SERVICE STAFF
Bartenders, servers and carvers are available to complement and add that special panache to any function. All servers wear the traditional black and white uniform with black tie. We will be happy to wear any theme attire to enhance your ambiance.

GUARANTEES
We confidently guarantee the menu and services contracted. The final guest count for large events is due 72 hours (three working days) prior to the engagement. With reasonable notice, the guest count can be raised, but not lowered. If the catering office is not notified of any change in the original guest count, the contracted number of guests will be applied.

Serving Equipment
Most Cold Menu Items Are Served On Disposable Black Catering Trays.
Disposable Serving Spoons & Forks are Also Supplied.
We Provide Chafing Dishes for All Hot Menu Items. Linens are available for an extra charge.
If No Server Is Required, We will pick up Non disposable Equipment later that Day.

Paper Products
Paper Tablecloth, Black Dinner & Dessert Plates, Beverage & Dinner Napkins, Forks, Knives & Cups. Scrollware, or China,Glassware & Silverware are available for an additional fee.
